The Secrecy Amendment would make it illegal for public officials to operate
or conduct business in secret or behind closed doors. Secrecy is
fundamentally antithetical to democratic processes and institutions and only encourages corruption and misdeeds. 3. The Corporate Amendment
There are a large number of multinational corporations are now financially
larger than many countries, which allows them to significantly influence public officials and legislation. The Corporate Amendment will ban all corporate and business lobbying and contributions that are provided to elected officials, and it will substantially strengthen corporate oversight by federal officials. 4. The Radioactivity Responsibility Amendment
This amendment will make it illegal for any person, government employee or corporation to manufacture radioactive isotopes or wastes that will remain toxic for more than 10 years. This 10-year period is based on how long the existing containment vessels on average have been able to effectively contain the radioactive waste, before corrosion and leaking begins to occur. 5. Balanced Budget Amendment
Given the fact that the Members of Congress have repeatedly demonstrated that they are financial irresponsible, this amendment will require that the President and Members of Congress balance the federal budget each year.
6. The Declaration of Interdependence Amendment
This amendment will provide constitutional protection to the remaining
wilderness areas, old growth forests, and ocean ecosystems that are being driven into extinction by chemical pollution and short-term commercial interests.
